Reserve a company name
Create an eROC account and search for your proposed company name to check availability before reserving it.

Prepare required details and documents
Have your directors'/shareholders' NIC or passport details, registered office address, and company details ready for the online application.

Submit your registration online
Complete and submit your company registration application through the eROC portal and pay the applicable government fee by card.

Track your application
Monitor your application status through your eROC account until your company is officially incorporated.
