Police Complaints
You can make a police complaint at the relevant police station. You can also submit complaints and information online through the Sri Lanka Police Tell IGP service. Provide accurate details about the incident, including the location, date and time, and supporting information where available.

Report lost documents to the relevant police station. For a lost or stolen mobile phone, you can use the Sri Lanka Police I-need online complaint system. Provide the required identification and incident details and keep the complaint reference for follow-up.

Report a road accident to the relevant police station. If an accident report is required for an insurance claim, the Officer-in-Charge of the police station can issue the report.
